now then i know

ever wondered why there are so many Channel 8 reruns on television.?

one will be,
mediacorp are trying to relive their glory days by showing their old dramas and sitcoms. well, compared to the shit they're showing nowadays.

two,
their creative juices have finally stopped, and they're not attempting to fill in all the timeslots with a new show everytime.

and the last bit of a reason tt i can offer,
the reruns are for people like me. stuck at home. on a prolonged medical leave. the shows tt i didnt have a chance to watch back then, well, now is the time.

there is always HBO.
*laughs.

just finished watching Lord of the Flies.
although its my 3rd or so times watching it, i guess i'll never get bored.

a plane carrying a group of military cadets aged 9-15 crashed in the ocean. they made their home on an island. split into 2 camps after a while. one camp was peace loving and regimented, and the other was a fun, 'hunting for wld boars' kind of tribe.

so the latter began to monopolise the island, and killed their own friends.
i am still, after 3 or so times, watching the movie, am aghast by the maturity of the child actors. the brutality of slicing a wild boar's head, or simply throwing a boulder down, and killing their friend instantly.

maybe this is a deviation of the human mind
an empty island. just waiting to be taken over.
nothing stands in the way of the stronger one.

a reflection of life.?
yes it is. brutal it may seems, and always the subject of movies and books.

well, till the next post.
i'm missing the cold wind against my face.

motorbike for hire. $25/hr
might as well . expensive?
it is my bike,

haha. what am i talking.
'to be able to devastate the very foundation of trust,
lies more untruths..'
